The Battle Room
On the second floor of the original stone house, and so named for being the only room permanently affected by the battle in 1863, there is a minie ball in the mantle above the old fireplace from the first day of the battle. A gracious queen size cherry sleigh bed and large Edwardian armoire with mirrors, sitting chair and attached stall shower bathroom. Window unit AC.
* This room is above the busy historic district, if you require extreme quiet, one of our other rooms might be a better option.
